WRITE OFF OF M-MENZ 2009 AVANTGARDE C200K.

On the 5/4/16 i had a car accident and report to Discovery Insure n was given Ref. 24-EP2A-01. Tow truck arrived to lift the vehicle n i drove my car on to the trailer n towed to SMD as per their arrangement with Bakone S****yard, Towing and Projects.Assesment was done on 8/4/16.I phone to find out about the assessment on the 12th April 2016 n was told the car is a write off. i went to SMD with another assessor n was told the car was taken to Johnson Panel Beater for repairs.I arrived at Johnson with accredited panel beater to also assess the car. After damage assessment the panel beater went to local M-Benz dealer to get parts for quotations n the quote was R82857.61. Assesor appointed by Discovery quoted over R116000.00.( no quote was sent to me, i was just told how much their wuote was. Discovery Cient Call Center Agent Tando Ngwenya rejected the quote without explanations and demanded vehicle registration certificate n spare keys.I refused to hand over the requested things, my car is driveble n far less than the 70% of the book value.I know what a write off is and i cannot insist on somothing which is valueless.
