WOW,WOW,WOW,WHAT A SERVICE

Good Day<br> <br> i recent met an accident with my vehicle. i called the Discovery call centre in the morning to submit a claim. the call was answered by the fourth ring. my details were taken by the consultant. i received a reference number by sms seconds after the call. the tow truck was at my place 15 minutes after the call. whilst busy with the tow truck driver i received a call from Avis confirming the booking of the courtesy car. <br> <br> all the above actioned within 30 minutes of submitting a claim. i thought i was dreaming and could not beleive that this was service provided by an insurance company.<br> <br> I fetched my car yesterday and it looks like a brand new car that was driven out of a show room<br> <br> all i can say to Discovery is WOW,WOW,WOW,WOW,WOW,WOW and WOW.<br> <br> Keep it up Discovery, you will definatley become the leading insurance company in SA<br> <br> Please work on the access, accidents is something that we do not plan for and sometimes run into a problem trying to cough up funds for the access charged
