Wow, what brilliant service received

Dropped my iPhone 5S into water on Thursday morning around 10am. Frans handled my claim professionally and was super efficient. The damaged phone was collected the same afternoon and by Friday morning the report was done and the claim authorised to replace the phone. The supplier contacted me on Monday morning and I received my new replacement phone by Monday afternoon!
