Wow what a great first experience!

We have made a decision to move our medical aid and short term insurance to Discovery Insure. I spoke to Kushaal Deokinandan. I was astonished with his knowledge of the Discovery products. He is patient and kind and answered each question diligently and thoroughly. He was not impatient when I did not understand something, but rather took the opportunity to reiterate Discovery's benefits. If this is the start of our relationship with Discovery, I sure look forward to future interactions.
