Would you accept your car back 2 different colours after accident repairs?
My car was repaired and returned to me 2 different colours now Discovery Insure want to send my vehicle back to the same service provider to rectify the error!!!!! I have been waiting one month for Discovery Insure to send me an assessor to look at my complaint - this is unacceptable. I refuse to send my vehicle back to the same repairer......Discovery Insure can have the vehicle and refund my money rather!

23 Mar 2021, 16:10No ways am I sending my vehicle back after 4 months on waiting for it to be repaired to the same company which has painted it two different colours - I no longer want this vehicle and Discovery Insure is responsable for appointing the repairer who did not repair it correctly.
Do I need an attorney? I think I need to go very public with my issues maybe I can get a better response via the media, hence Hello Peter again. I have posted twice on this platform in 2 months regarding the same vehicle and same bad service received from start to finish
