Would like to thank Niyoka Du Plessis for her prompt and helpful service when I had lost all hope. I wrote an email to discovery consultant and copied a number of people including Niyoka. I received a missed call from discovery the next day and no message was left and I could not call back due to that reason. Niyoka came back from leave and saw that no one had responded to my query and took it upon herself to assist me by arranging a car hire when the panel beaters were so rude to me and said they were not obligated to give me one whereas it was their fault that the car had to go in again due to unfinished work. She has been in contact with me ever since arranging for extension of the courtesy car more than once. Keep up the good work and keep your company's shining and hopefully be an example to your collegues. Thank you Niyoka Du Plessis.
