Worst worst worst worst experience of my life!!!

I have never ever been so disgusted in a company in my entire life. You might as well close your doors. I had an accident on the 19 of September. Ushen Ajod promise me and my broker every day since then that they are going to have an answer that very day. Their phone is always off they don't reply to my emails. Porch the team leader hasn't even called me after I've mail him and asked to call me. They lie and cheat with everything that they do. Promise one thing on the phone but won't put it in writing. The assessor for my claim is only going to asses the damage tomorrow. 16 days after the incident!!!!!!!!!!!
