Worst support EVER!!!

Just absolutely ********** support, for the second time. First time I gave a bad review, discovery responded they would call me to sort the issue out, still have not heard anything. Now I had another issue, logged the issue and I wait 3 days to get a generic response which does not help me in the slightest, and I know there is no use responding because Discovery insure literally has the worst support system of any company I have ever dealt with!
