Worst service received from an Insurer

If I could give them a 0 star I would!

I submitted a claim on the 1st of August 2022 and have just been having problems since. We signed up to join them August 2021 and they broke into my bakkie, broke my back window and stole my radio. It's the 18th of August 2022 today and I am STILL waiting for them to fix my window and sort out the claim on my radio. The lady working with our claim is just ignoring all my emails and NEVER follows up!

I am fed up with Discovery and will not recommend them to anyone
