Worst service imaginable

If you are at all considering moving your insurance to Discovery Insure, do so only if you would be satisfied with the worst service imaginable. I have all the evidence and emails of poor service where a consultant just doesn't get back to you when you have simple questions. For the record, I am a "Purple" client who is suppose to get excellent service from a dedicated call center line.
