Worst service I have ever received
I logged a case 3 months ago and it is still not closed. When I speak to the consultant, he lies to me to get me off the phone. He says he'll get back to me, although he never does. If I don't call him, nothing happens. It's a very small job, not complex at all, but if I don't shout, nothing happens. The case now is about as close to being closed as it was two months ago.
