Worst Service I have ever had in my Life

Discovery Client crashed into my car, Did the police thingy and got hold off his insurance. Since the 2nd of October I have had no feedback unless I phone or Email. Gretchen Rubin is the worst worker I currently know as Me last call taken was on the 13th of November. The gentleman said he will leave a note. My car is still damaged and Discovery cannot even try to contact me back to get this resolved.
