Worst service ever from Discovery Insure and useless service providers

Seems like I have to write the money off I paid for my car and forget about the car. First I had to wait and continously phone the Insurance department for feedback with regards to my collision claim. Now the car already is a month at Leon's panelbeaters in Bloemfontein and they still have not even started with the repairwork. Last week I phoned they told me they have started with the car and it would be finish this week. Today I phoned and they told me they are still waiting for the parts. After 4 weeks! I demand that my car must be sent to another panelbeater who will be able to assist and get the parts in time. I am really fed up with Discovery Insure and your useless service providers. As soon as everything is settled, I am moving to another insurer. You are certainly the worst insurance company I ever dealt with. What is my step forward? Do I have to reverse 2 months' insurance premiums, get my car from your useless Leon's panelbeaters and repair the damage myself?
