Worst service EVER from an insurance company

Been trying since 14th January to log a claim for my Borehole not pumping any water. As this is our only source of fresh, drinkable water we are now in DIRE STRAITS. Numerous calls to the Callcentre has availed to NOTHING. Promices to call back Etc. Etc

Still no one has contacted me, just another way to prove you guys are hopeless. So many issues with last 3 claims, just as if nobody cares. STILL without water and then the process of 1st quoting, waiting up to 72 hours for your approval, then only repairs. WHAT A SHAME
