Worst service ever experienced in my life

If you're looking for insurance where you will submit a claim and its approved and takes more than a week for your claim to be attended to, by all means go for Discovery Insure. And if you do a follow up and they say they'll call you back after a few minutes and doesn't return your call. You call 20 more times and still no one is able to assist you and promise time and again they'll call you back but doesn't, by all means - go for Discovery Insure. My claim was for a geyser replacement and it was urgent, but no one cared. My claim was approved but than I was later on told to pay R640 for a compliance certifcate. That was never communicated to me but I paid it anyways because I was now desperate because of the leaking geyser. I requested my receipt and compliance certifcate but didn't receive it and it is now more than two weeks. Discovery Insure I need my compliance certificate / R640 back a.s.a.p. please!
