Worst Service Ever - Discovery Insure

Absolutely pathetic service....my query has gone unanswered for close to two weeks now. I received a response but it was completely inaccurate and the answer had no bearing on what was being asked. I have gathered reference numbers like they are highly valued commodities.

Serverly disappointed by the level of service, if you can call it that "service".
