WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I dont know where to put a complaint - I dont want to give them a start at all! It is ZERO for me! Good day, I am a very unhappy Third Party. The company I want to complain about is Discovery. Their client, claim number ***, bumped into my stationary vehicle on the 6th of December 2022. I sent all the documents they requested more than 3 times and contacted them daily to no avail. A little has been done - I call several times a week to follow up but the claims consultant keeps making promises that she never ever keeps. They never call back. I might be a third party but how they handle a claim could convince a third party to become a client but up to this moment, the service has been unbearable, I will be on hold on my cellphone for ages, no one ever calls you back so I have to keep following up. The assessor, who I have been contacting a lot cannot give me information because Gretchen Rubin ***) has to provide the information which was within a turn around time of 5-8 days. I have spoken with her colleagues who also make promises to get information in her absence and provide feedback and those promises are just as empty as Gretchen’s promises – this is a big company, where is the integrity and dignity! It is the 10th of January, I have to still send my vehicle for repairs and it has already exceeded 30 days just with the admin and lack of communication. I need them to ensure that they include costs for unseen damages like the rear camera and entertainment system if those were damaged too - I have no idea what is happening. I have asked to speak to her manager (Vikesh) several times, I wait on end and then told I need to call after 30 minutes because he is still busy. No one ever calls me back! Please assist me urgently, I don't know who else to speak to I have tried everything to no avail. I urgently need my vehicle for work! Their client rear ended my stationary vehicle and I provided 2 witness details, what else must I do to get my vehicle fixed !!!!!! I AM VERY FRUSTRATED
