Worst service ever.

I have been insured with Discovery for almost 4 years now and have never claimed. Then 1st week of Feb, i had an accident. I contacted Discovery and its been a nightmare. Its been one investigation after the other. I have sent countless emails, gone to their offices in Sandton several times but im still stuck with a car that is sitting at the workshop. The service is so frustrating and all they do is toss me from one consultant to another. I regret having chosen discovery and wasting my money, they dont care about their clients .
