Worst service ever

Discovery advertise they are best service. This is false advertising. They implement process which their system cannot cater for. You phone and then a reference number is being allocated to you. That is where it ends. No feedback from them at all. Even after constant follow up, the only feedback is they are still busy investigating.

Dsicovery - before forcing people to do certain things in terms of your processes, please ensure you system can cope. One issue is with them for months now to resolve.

Please stop advertising excellent customer service if you cannot implement what you are advertising.
