Worst service ever

This is the 3rd month that I have been having issues with Discovery insure. It's never ending issues.

1st month you deducted on the wrong account after I had advised regarding the changes and I had to pay a penalty for the failed debit order.

2nd month, same thing happened and again a had to pay a penalty fee to my bank.

3rd month, you almost got it right, except for the fact that the amount deducted is not the agreed amount. Please advise how you got to that amount. Listen to my last conversation with the consultant regarding the agreed premium amount and after that, kindly reimburse and cancel the policy. Too much stress.
