WORST service ever

I have been with discovery insure for about a year now after moving over on a recommendation that they are great..... So far this is the worst service and most hassle I ever had to do a claim... They do not respond to emails, they do not send assessors out, I have to drive to them after already getting multiple quotes from their listed suppliers, when you phone them, the managers are too busy to speak to you, they decide on your behalf if you get a cash payout or if they replace your item even after you request a cash payout... This is really the worst experience I have had from ANY insurer.
