Worst service ever

I received the most terrible service. I am even thinking of cancelling the policy I just started. I have medical aid, life policies and even moved my banking over but after the stunt Discovery pulled I’m thinking of cancelling everything. Commitments not met and all I get is a sorry we made an error on top of that the customer care team cuts the call and nobody calls me back. Bongani from sales messed up my policy but puts me through to customer service for me to correct. I have never seen such bad service. I been with my previous company for more than 5 years and never had issues now we decide to move all our policies to Discovery and we get this service. Really not on ... Terrible service
