Worst Service Ever

I am absolutely Disgusted with the level of service i had received from Discovery after being involved in an accident on the 25/10/2021. They had not even acknowledged my complaint. They have refused to listen to the calls between the broker and myself as i was mis-sold. My signature was **********ly signed on the record of advice. I went to Osti after failed cries to Discovery. Everyone is trying to cover up for each other and no one is taking ownership of there actions. Discovery being a registered Financial Service Provider who had been debiting my account every month failed to assist me with my claim. I am not left with a vehicle which is damaged and cannot be driven. Do you guys ever pay anyone or do you look for ways not to pay a client? Really upset and stress by all of this

Good morning, If you guys had done what you were required to do from the beginning and sorted it out then i would not have had to go to the ombudsman. you have failed as a company and you guys have people who **********ly sign a clients signatures and you do nothing about it. you take our money and take advantage of 1st time drivers like myself. i will make sure to post on every social media platform regarding the level of service that i had received from your firm and the manner in which my case had been handled.
