Worst service ever!

I logged a claim with discovery for roadside assistance. The tow truck came and took my car back to the dealership where the fault would get fixed. When I got my car back, there was a chip missing next to the gear. I notified the dealership and got confirmation that the car was received without the chip, they even sent me photos taken as part of their inspection when the car arrived at the dealership. I sent this information to Discovery, a man by the name of Mpho Mamaregane is the one who was assisting me. I sent him an email on 22 July, I did not receive any feedback, not even acknowledgment of receipt. I tried to call him from the number on his signature, could not get through to him. I called the call centre and the lady I spoke to said she will send an email to the tow truck company and copy Mpho as well who will then give me feedback. Nobody has communicated anything with me regarding this. I have sent countless follow up emails to Mpho without any response. It is disheartening to get this ****py service from an insurer who has recently increased my premium for some bull**** reason that is just a lot of words that mean absolutely nothing. A lot of people warned me about discovery, I should've listened.
