Worst Service Discovery Household Contents

A very poor service from Discovery household contents - a technician came to my house the first day i logged a call with Discovery to do an assessment and my TV never came back i was told its damaged and that they will refund me. its been two weeks now and i still do not have the refund. i get messages stating that the money has been paid to my account however when i call to inform them i still dont have the money they tell me that its still under validation. My cellphone also went in for repairs and i was told it will be fixed - guess what nothing has been fixed. ITS ALL ****S - when you call, they give the same response that its waiting for validation.

Stay away from (Tebogo.Scandling) if she is handling your issues at Discovery - worst service ever
