Worst service by far

On the 8th of June 2015 I enquired about insuring my vehicle. I agreed to the terms and my 1st debit was to be 28th July. I got debited on the 28th of June and I contacted Tsebo. his attitude regarding his incompetence was not any better than the service that he has given me. <br> <br> On the 1st of July I requested a refund, the person I spoke to said it will take 5 working days. Once again I called in on the 9th of July and I was told that it would take 48 hours for my money to be refunded. <br> <br> Today I called once again and got the same story about 48 hours. I cancelled my vehicle insurance with you simply because of the pathetic service and *********** people that I have needed to deal with. Simply all that I want is my money refunded and to have no further dealings with discovery insure whatsoever
