Worst service

On the 11th May we submitted a 3rd party claim as one of Discovery Insure's clients drove into our vehicle. In the process the tow bar was damaged and as it is a business vehicle we in need of this to be repaired ASAP. Today 2nd August we still await that claim to be finalized. All documentation was submitted and re-submitted on request but still no payment. If something small like this takes months what will happen with larger claim ? ( Please note I accepted a lesser settlement as what the items cost just to get this over-wishful thinking ) Mathaphelo Bokapa was the contact person on claim *** This is the worst I ever experienced with any Insurer..stay away
