Worst partner ever and want to charge and not pay

Discovery insure is a rip-off. I have been with this company for 3 years and pay R1900 per month for my short term insurance. I have never had a single claim. Not long ago my phone fell and cracked the screen. I called them and told me that I never updated my list of items that i had insured. The list still reflected my the Iphone 4 S not the Iphone 5S. <br> <br> I do understand that i was suppose to update the list and that they had to meet me halfway as their client. I have never missed a single payment. This is a company that i spend R8000 (medical aid, short term insurance and life cover) on every month but they can't fix a screen that cost less than R3000. This is after paying so much money for the past 3 years. <br> <br> Today I took a decision that there must be a financial consequence for discovery as from the first of April I will move my medical aid to Bestmed. In the next few months I will be moving all my business out of discovery.
