Worst insurer ever
Im uttterly disappointed and frustrated with the kind of service I have received from Discovery Insure. My claim gets closed by Lethabo without me even asking for it to be closed. When i escalate the matter, the manager refers it back to Lethabo and even now after a week i still do not have feedback of my claim, I will be moving all my products away from discovery.

Thank you to Lethabo for attending and rectifying this claim. In less than 72 hrs after the complaint I was assisted by Lethabo and received an outcome for my claim. Hope this kind of service continues without the client having to go to Hello Peter.
