Worst insurer, discovery insure

Terrible experience . I have submitted a claim with them and have not heard from them for over a week. The service is so terrible. I have taken a cover with them to cover the pipes for my house, they are the worst insurance provider ever. I would not recommend them to anyone. They charge you fortune but their service is terrible
