Worst Insurer

Unfortunately the only time you get to know your insurers is when you get into a situation and need they assistance, for me horrible service,consultant very rude, my problem up to now has not be resolved, when u have an accident, you were supposed to a the quote from the assessors, nothing as yet, also I am dictated to take my vehicle to a panel shop which is not a VW specialist, it’s a 2021 model, so I am taking it to a reputable VW repair shop, my payment will be R7000 to R9000 less that to what that VW panel shop has quoted, I will pay the difference because of workmanship and trust, as for Discovery Insurance,I will never recommend them to any family or friends
