WORST INSURANCE FOR 3rd PARTY CLAIMS

This is a 3rd party claim with Discovery Insurance after their client had bumped my car. Their client is said they will contact me and guess what NOTHING, I had to contact them and get the claim number and then I had to put in a claim with them. They arranged for the car to get assessed,that was done we are at 3 weeks now with no response from Discovery. I have done email follow ups as well as called the agent that was assaigned to this claim and still nothing. No outcome and the agent tells me to wait because they are still putting their final touches to it. I mean putting final touches for 3 whole weeks??? HORRIBLE SERVICE.!!!!!!
