Worst Insurance ever!

I have been with Discovery health for over ten years and have an extensive portfolio with Discovery.<br> My broker advised me to move my short term insurance to Discovery as well which means everything is with Discovery<br> Life, health, investments, credit card and now short term insurance. <br> My previous insurance was perfect, hover I changed so that I have a one stop shop.<br> Last week Thursday my CCTV system was damaged due to lightning and logged a claim.<br> <br> They have done everything in their power to repudiate my claim of just under R13000<br> Some items that was damaged I did not claim for as I had spare units, this show that I try to minimize the amount that needs to be replaced.<br> Constant promises that they will get back to me but never do!<br> <br> I was very shocked to see on Hello Peter that they have only 495 Good compliments of one which was mine after a agent for the DQ track asked me to rate them,<br> and 993 bad comments! This puts them in the group of worst insurance companies in SA.<br> I will be moving my whole portfolio as I don't want to be associated with the likes of Discovery.<br> Please people do your homework well before just joining an insurance company. <br>
