Worst Insurance EVER!
I'm having terrible experience with Discovery Insurance. I've made a claim last week and still no one contacted me regarding my claim, these people don't have the best interest of thier clients. I had to call and waste my airtime trying to get through to them, eventually when I got through they booked my claim and yet I still haven't received a email to say it's been booked, went on my app, NOTHING is in process or authorized yet. I think I'm done with this company. My agent was Lizo Gqetywa, still haven't heard his voice or got a email from him.

I've been waiting since 30th November regarding my claim and I'm still sitting without a washer machine, this company is a ****. Do yous even read the emails for complaints?! I'm feed up with Discovery.
