Worst insurance

Absolutely pathetic service my car was booked in at the panelbeater Discovery said it had to go to. The sent me a email saying my repairs will take 15 days and booked me n rental car. Its bern more than 35 days now and i still haven't received my car as the didn't even started my car they waiting for parts but its a Opel parts is available everywhere. Tried phoning Discovery fron Thursday then they said they will get back to me. Today i phoned again because no one has phoned me back then the rell me sorry my extension for my rental was declined but no one phoned me to tell me i am paying for my car rental myself. Its my problem that my car is not finished yet but Discovery sent my car to the panelbeater
