Worst Insurance company is Discovery Insure

I lodged a claim, everything was finalized and I was asked to signed the loss agreement so payment could be made on 28 April 2023. I submitted all documents and was told payment will be available in my account in 3 days. Now Muimeleli Nikita Rambuda who is the most ***********, useless specialist claim consultant ignores my calls and never responds to my emails. I tried escalating the matter but no success. My claim was finalized on the 28th April 2023 and I have send all documents but i am told payment was rejected by the accounts department and Niki Rambuda is not available to assist or take my call. It's like they are all protecting each other. Today is the 9th May 2023 no payment or communication from Discovery Insure.
