Worst insurance company in SA
Claim number 871185. Claim approved with the wrong replacement items!!! This after taking a ridiculous amount of time to attend to it. Worst service I have ever received. This is the 2nd claim where service has been diabolical. Multiple emails and voice messages, yet the claims agent Lelethu Jonga ignores EVERYTHING!!! Messages left for management. NOTHING!! Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
