Worst insurance company ever!!!!

Do yourselves a huge favour and don't insurance with Discovery, the worst service ever!!! This is the 2nd time I gave them a chance and sure will be the last one and I'll make sure I discourage anyone from insuring with them. I insured my car and when I received my documents there was a spelling mistake on the name of my complex and they had left out an "a", when I corrected the mistake my premium shooted up by R456 and my premium went to R2261. When I cancelled the insurance which was done immediately after the debit order went through, I was told refund will be done in 10days. 12 days later they only refunded me R203 out of the R2261. I've demanded my refund and I'm ready to go to the insurance ombudsman. I'm a very angry and annoyed client!!!!
