Worst insurance company ever!

If zero was an option I would have given them that! Worst insurance company ever! Claim denied without explanation. Consultant with the name of Lydia added R183 pm to my premium for wear and tear on pipes as she "assumed" it will cover my borehole motor pump but they decline the claim. The only word they know is escalate...but still no answer. The consultants dont explain that there is actually different classes of insurance they quote you on the basic plan, maybe that is how they run the company as they can deny all claims without spending one cent! Charge me also additional for a R6k rollbar on my bakkie that I dont even have, after my car was at TWT for insurance check...again we will escalate this issue! Haha months later still nothing. Scary that our med aid, life as well as short term insurance is with a company that actually does not care but happily takes your money. I have sent numerous mails...only reply is automated response. No one ever phones you back...they just dont care!
