Worst insurance company

One of Discovery clients drive in my vechile on the 22 of November 2024. I have been given a claim number from the person who drove in to me, everytime i call on all different numbers that was provided to me,no one answered,when someone does answer,they said they will transfer me to the correct department, then the phone gets hung up.

The once i did get through to someone, they said they will email documents to me that needs to be completed, and its been more than a week and i am still waiting for the email.

So i tried phone again,and it all starts all over again,no one answers the phone,then if someone does answer,they say that i am been transfered to the correct department, and then the call ends.

I have ven gone as far to call as a nw client and wanting to get a qoute for insurance, and then tell them the bad service i am getting and the struggles i am having,then i was also told,i must phone this number but they will put me through aswell, and guess what happens, the call is ended, try the number i was given and again no answer.

I will not recommend Discovery at all,not for anything that they offer, the worst service i have ever had to deal with.

But yet every week they would phone me to offer me car insurance, after 3 months of saying im not interested in the insurance,but yet they will phone every week, but when it comes to claims,you are lower than bird **** in theire eyes.
