Worst insurance company.....

My wife Qaanieta Noordien was a year ago with king price insurance and tried making a claim.... Claim was unsuccessful the she canceled them and went to discovery insurance firstly they suposse to assess the car for any old damage they didn't do that and expected her as there client... For almost a year we had an old damage to the car and recently we accidentally made a new knock on the car... Then my wife put in a claim the fix the new dent on the car and also tort my we can fix an old dent also... Dishonestly putting and old knock also to the claim. Reason for that was because they never assessed our car for any previous damages before excepting us as there client... They reported back to us and rudely shouting at her why would she claim for old damages if we tried claiming for it with our previous insurance.... She then acknowledged that she was wrong and apologized and also asked if they could just fix the new dent on our car..... They no and they immediately declined her as a client.... I feel they unfair and disrespectful..... It was our dishonesty. But also they lack of workmanship. They should have assessed our car aswell
