Worst insurance.

Worst insurance experience ever. The claim has been going on for almost 6 months. One week I get told the car will be a write-off next week they can fix it. I have to keep calling them as they just keep sending the same automated email every two weeks saying repair is in progress. Nobody can give me an answer, not even the panel beater they are using.
