The worst household items insurance service I have ever experienced. They will trick you by offering good prices and when time comes to pay, they will have so many tricks up their sleeve to reject your claim.

02 Feb 2022, 08:57Please note that I have submitted the report along with pictures of the item and faulty part but now they want to assess the item which is at the Appliance repair, the item can not be repaired, this is the second assessment done, I would not pay to deliver it from the repair shop to my house so discovery can assess it for the third time.
