WORST HOLD TIMES EVER

WORST insurer to deal with telephoncially! No one ever answers the phone. Ive always given Discovery agents the best ratings and compliments, but of late, the CONTENTS departments and the VIP team, are THE WORST to deal with!!!! I wish there was no stars to be given overall!
