Worst experience with a claim EVER!!
My car was in an accident on the 19th April 2024 and till today it is not fix. I phone Discovery, get cut of and nobody phone me back, sent an email on the 1 August, no one phones me back. We have been driving with a broken car for almost 4 months. Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance!!! Are busy getting new quotations to move insurance ASAP!!!

Who do we contact next if hellopeter does not even work for Discovery??? And by the way, the car is still not fixed.
