Worst experience from Discovery Insure

I have had the most horrible experience with Discovery Insure. A guy drove into me while I was stopped at a red light. My car was then written off (the quote for the damages was clearly inflated). The payout amount was 75% less than what is currently available in the market (same car, same year, same mileage) and I am insured for RETAIL value - what retail market is being considered? Why should I be out of pocket for something I pay so much premium for every month (thinking I have some peace of mind that i can get the same car when I am involved in an accident). Who should fund the remaining 25% of replacing the car? Honestly, I am so upset with Discovery for taking me round and round in circles just to get what I pay for. Also, Jathin Mathura and his team take too long to respond to queries.
