Worst Experience ever

When I joined Discovery Insurance it was through these advets and the advanced technology that goes with safety. I given an impression that this is the best company ever until my car was in an accident. That I'd when I saw your true colors. Firstly the device installed in my car never notified you guys ai the accident, my husband had to find a phone from a police officer to call me to come to the scene and then call the insurance. 2ndly it took 2/3 weeks for our claim to be approved by an sms and soon after we received q notification that our hired vehicle must be back our cover only allows a month. Thirdly when I called the Paramount which is the Panel Beater you recommend for our vehicle they told us Discovery knows we haven't ordered parts. Claiming with you guys is a nightmare 😥. Your staff has no respect for people you call your clients. The guys who is Kabelo who's supposed to be my claim advisor I have never heard his voice no communication what so ever. I was referred to Natasja the team leader whom when I call Is never available. I am sitting without a car had to take back the hired vehicle and my car has not even started being fixed and for what I have heard they all can't give me a turnaround time.... Adverts like these hurt me because people out there are going to think that you are the best insurance there was and it's not True... Clients should be first priority then let them tell the world about you. Not the other way around.
