Worst experience ever

<p>I joined discovery insure when i purchased my car and one month's instalment bounced and as a result the insurance lapsed in April 2016, I then decided to join another insurance company. I now find out that Discovery insure has listed me on ITC and i am only listed in May 2017 when i cancelled their insurance in 2016..meanwhile i dont owe them anything because insurance companies do not list a person but they lapse a policy...when i call them to rectify this issue they tell me i must rectify it myself with ITC...for a mistake that they made that has placed me as a bad payer. If this is not rectified within the next week, i am taking this further to the FSB or Ombudsman because now i am unable to apply for any finance as credit companies see me as a bad payer....i have two home loans and never have i experienced such *******...i need this resolved urgently and i will not run around to fix a mess i did not create</p>
