Worst Customer Service. Worst service provider!!!

Worst Customer Service We put in a claim for an accident for that happened on the 17th of February 2023. For no assistance from them. No communication whatsoever from whoever was put in charge of handling the claim: Tshepo Kekana. Now they still haven’t helped process the third party vehicle and the client is threatening our lives. I call and they keep transferring me to someone but they never answer. I don’t know what to do anymore
