Worst customer service

Discovery insure refuses to cancel my policy with them. I've been calling them for weeks and they've been promising to call me back. Sometimes I call and they keep me holding for more than 30 minutes each time. I am very unhappy about them. I wonder if they will really be available when I'm stranded needing help
